Ledger
The Ringlock Ledger is a high-performance horizontal member engineered for modern modular scaffolding. Featuring a unique rosette connection, it integrates seamlessly with standalone columns without loose parts, dramatically increasing erection speed. Manufactured from high-strength steel under rigorous quality control, it guarantees exceptional load-bearing capacity and structural integrity. For complex construction support or large-scale temporary structures, the Ringlock Ledger is your ideal solution for achieving safe and efficient operations.
Description
1. Product Overview
The Ringlock Ledger is a critical connecting component within our standalone column support system. Its wedge-shaped blade end locks securely into the rosette plate welded onto the column, creating a rigid frame. This design eliminates the need for loose bolts or nuts, making it particularly suited for large-scale projects demanding rapid deployment and the highest safety standards.
2. Design Features
-
Nodal Connection: The wedge-shaped blade with an internal rocker mechanism locks securely with a hammer blow, offering high resistance to pull-out forces.
-
Material & Finish: Constructed from high-strength steel tube (e.g., S355 equivalent), ensuring superior load-bearing capacity. The hot-dip galvanized surface finish provides complete corrosion protection for use in harsh environments.
-
Modular Design: Ledgers are available in modular lengths (e.g., 0.5m, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m), allowing for flexible configuration with other system components.
-
Precision Manufacturing: Automated welding ensures consistent dimensional accuracy and strength at every connection point.
3. Technical Parameters
-
